
1. We review your website and existing branding
To build your brand style guidelines we analyse your website, logo, social posts, advertising and any internal material you can provide such as presentations and documents, so that we can see how your branding is currently being used.
Where there are any misalignments, such as multiple font styles, colours, imagery style, design elements and iconography, we will discuss with you the preferences for each element, which will inform the guidelines recommendations. Where necessary we will make suggestions for improvements or additions to the brand identity to be included in your brand style guidelines.







2. We build a set of bespoke brand style guidelines
This is where we get cooking! Based on the pricing option you select and following our review of your current branding, we will custom build your brand guideline document within an agreed time period.

3. You review and feedback until agreed signoff
We will email you the draft brand guidelines for you to review and collate any feedback for us to discuss or action. Once you give us the final signoff, we supply the final guidelines as a digital PDF file.
Where additional design elements have been agreed, these will developed and supplied once the guidelines have been signed off.







4. Everyone who works with your brand are now aligned
Once you’re in receipt of the final brand style guidelines, you are now ready to share with your employees, stakeholders and external partners, to ensure your brands visual identity is consistently implemented going forward.
If any elements of your current identity need to be updated to bring in alignment with your guidelines, we recommend sharing the guidelines with your partners such as your web design company and marketing agency.
